1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing and using the ImgX Chrome extension ("ImgX"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use ImgX.
2. Service Description
ImgX is a browser extension that generates bilingual AI drawing prompts from images. It operates in two modes:
- - BYOK mode (default): You provide your own Vision API key; images are sent directly from your browser to your configured provider. No developer-controlled server is involved.
- - Cloud mode (optional): You sign in with email to use ImgX-provided free credits; images are proxied through ImgX's Cloudflare Worker to the model provider.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Cloud mode. BYOK mode has no age restriction.
4. User Responsibilities
- - Use ImgX only for lawful purposes.
- - Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the model API key used by Cloud mode.
- - Do not abuse the free credits system, including creating multiple accounts to farm credits.
- - Do not use ImgX to process images you do not have the right to analyze.
5. Free Credits
- - Cloud mode grants 10 free analysis credits per account on first sign-in.
- - Credits have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- - Whether credits are refreshed is at ImgX's sole discretion; there is no guarantee of ongoing free credits.
6. Intellectual Property
- - ImgX (code, design, prompt templates) is owned by the developer.
- - Prompts generated by you remain your property.
- - You retain all rights to images you analyze.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
ImgX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- - The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- - Generated prompts will meet your requirements.
- - Results are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImgX's total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid for credits (zero, as Cloud mode is free) or (b) USD $50.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as ImgX evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Termination
- - You may stop using ImgX at any time by uninstalling the extension.
- - We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, particularly abuse of the credits system or attempts to extract the model API key.

5. 免费额度
- - Cloud 模式首次登录赠送 10 次分析额度。
- - 额度无货币价值、不可转让、不可兑换现金。
- - 额度是否补充由 ImgX 自行决定，不保证持续提供免费额度。
6. 知识产权
- - ImgX（代码、设计、Prompt 模板）归开发者所有。
- - 你生成的 Prompt 归你所有。
- - 你保留你所分析图片的全部权利。
7. 免责声明
ImgX 按"原样"提供，不提供任何形式的明示或暗示保证。我们不保证：
- - 服务不中断或无错误。
- - 生成的 Prompt 满足你的需求。
- - 结果准确、完整或适合特定用途。
8. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，ImgX 对因使用服务引起的任何索赔的总责任以（a）你为额度支付的金额（为零，因 Cloud 模式免费）或（b）50 美元中较高者为准。
9. 条款变更
我们可能随 ImgX 发展更新本条款。重大变更将在应用内或本页通知。变更后继续使用即视为接受。
10. 终止
- - 你可随时卸载扩展停止使用 ImgX。
- - 我们可能因违反本条款（特别是滥用额度系统或尝试提取模型 API Key）暂停或终止访问。
